SALES ENGINEER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Identify new customers and maintain existing customers for daily sales and project basis sales
- Establish, maintain and develop professional customer relationship
- To review and evaluate sales and marketing strategies to suit the market demand
- Timely follow-up and evaluate the qualification of marketing and sales leads and other marketing issues
- To achieve monthly and annual sales and business targets for new, and existing business
- Achieve sales and business targets
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Engineering preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in oil and gas industries (rigging, lifting, steel fabrication, and offshore CCU)
- Age below 35 years old
- Holding SIM A license
- Familiar with PTK 007 MIGAS tender regulation
- Proficient in Ms. Office especially power point with good command of English is a MUST
- Fast learning and able to work under pressure
- Candidates need to be resourceful, meticulous, well organized
- Strong analytical in technical matters
- Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Balikpapan

FABRICATION ENGINEER
FABRICATION ENGINEER (Balikpapan Office)
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prepare and complete process engineering design and drawings coordinated with Department related to the development of process engineering deliverables.
- Provide technical consultation for Fabrication and Rigging, to support company’s related projects.
- The engineer shall have deep experience in the preparation of calculations and process data sheets for equipment and instrumentation, and operating procedures and philosophies.
- Engineers shall be fully conversant with the applicable International codes and standards appropriate to their specialty.
- Supporting sales department by preparing documents such as SMS, BOQ, etc.
- Develop detailed plans, schedules and milestone for each fabrication
- Review progress and do a necessary intervention to keep the schedule on track
- Monitor manpower and their productivity to meet the daily target
- Recommend changes to work method/ process by reviewing the workflow and work process for improvement and to achieve the operational effectiveness and functionality
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum education is to possess an Engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
- Having 3 - 5 years of experience in structural engineering is preferred, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Candidate shall have a thorough knowledge of related engineering disciplines and be proficient with related baseline software.
- Plus point to be given to a candidate who has an understanding of civil and marine engineering.
- Familiar/knowledge of Structural Analysis software would be an advantage
- The candidate shall have sufficient experience in providing technical specifications & datasheets for the procurement process.
- The candidate should familiar with all associated codes & standards.
- Competent with computer software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Solid Modeling, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Good communication (English is a must).
- Strong organization and self–motivation skills are required
